The Conference Programme Committee is calling for abstract and symposium submissions. To present your research at the conference your abstract must first pass a double-blind peer review. Upon payment of registration fees, your attendance at the conference will be confirmed. Submit well before the submission deadline in order to benefit from Early Bird or Advanced Registration rates.

The Conference Programme Committee welcomes papers from a wide variety of interdisciplinary and theoretical perspectives, and submissions are organised into the streams and sub-streams listed below:

General Instructions:
I. Abstract (for presentation)
- An abstract is a summary of a research paper or clinical work.
- It should be one paragraph with a word limit of 300 in English.
- Keywords should be provided as a must (around 5 words).
- Keywords should be written in lowercase letters (Not applicable to names/scientific names) and should be separated with commas.
- Please do not include subheadings, bullets, lists and header/footer in the abstract.
- Acronyms should be written in full the first time, mentioned in the text, followed by the abbreviation in parentheses.
- There shall be no citations or references in the abstract specifically. If there is a need to cite references, please provide the sources in brackets.
- Please send in a brief biography together with the Abstract.
- The abstract should be submitted in the format of MS Word (.doc or .docx) document.

Affiliations should be indicated with superscript Arabic numbers appearing at the end of surname/family name.

About the reviewing process
- Your abstract will undergo a double-blind peer review by the Conference Paper Peer Review committee.
- Acceptance or rejections of abstract will be sent to you generally within 4 weeks of submission.
- If your abstract is accepted, you will be invited to register for the conference.
The Use of Generative AI and AI-assisted Technologies
HRCONF2026 follows Elsevier’s AI author policy for use of generative AI and AI-assisted technologies in writing. Authors are allowed to use generative AI and AI-assisted technologies in the writing process before submission, but only to improve the language and readability of their paper and with the appropriate disclosure. This does not apply to the use of basic tools for checking grammar, spelling, references etc.
