Adverse Weather Arrangements
The Conference may be postponed or cancelled due to adverse weather.
- When Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above / Extreme Conditions / Black Rainstorm is in force:
- At/After 7:00 am → Morning session (9:00 am – 2:00 pm) will be cancelled
- At/After 12:00 noon → Afternoon session (2:00 pm – 6:00 pm) will be cancelled
- If Signal No. 8 or above is announced to be hoisted, the above time rules apply
- Programmes continue as scheduled under: Typhoon Signal No. 1 or 3, Amber or Red Rainstorm Warning.
- Sessions already in progress will continue unless the venue is unsafe.
- Updates will be announced via website, email, and social media.
