Pre-Conference Workshop (27 May 2026) Registration 

• All tickets are purchased via EventX platform, where processing fees are charged per transaction. Service charges vary by payment method (see details below).  Registration can be made [HERE].
  • Domestic card (HK): 2.9% + HKD 2.20
  • AMEX card (HK): 3.2% + 1%+ HKD 2.20
  • International Card (Non-HK): 3.2% + 1% + HKD 2.20
  • Alipay/WeChat: 2.2% + HKD 1.50 (Only support China Wallet, with China ID verification as an account holder)
  • PayMe/FPS: 2.2%
• Early Bird rate is only available for purchases made within the designated time. Please note the following ticketing period for the respective ticketing offer:
  • Early Bird: Tickets purchased by 30 April 2026 11:59 PM (GTM+8)
  • Standard: Tickets purchased after 30 April 2026 11:59 PM (GTM+8)
• For purchasing tickets at full-time student rate, it is required to upload the student identification document for verification.
• Registration is confirmed upon completion of payment and receipt of an official confirmation email from the Organiser.
• The Organiser reserves the right to cancel a registration and/or demand full payment of ticketing fees in cases of misuse, false information, or breach of these Terms and Conditions.
• By submitting a registration, the participant confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.

Free Conference (28-30 May 2026) Registration 

• ▪The Conference requires a ticket for attendance. Registration can be made [HERE].
• ▪ Each registrant is identified by a unique email address and personal particulars. Duplicate registrations will be cancelled.
• ▪Registration is only confirmed upon receipt of an official confirmation email from the Organiser.
• ▪Participants are encouraged to inform the Organiser as soon as possible if they are unable to attend.
• ▪The Organiser may cancel a registration in cases of misuse, false information, or breach of these Terms and Conditions.
• ▪By submitting a registration, the participant confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.

Registration Cancellations (For Pre-Conference Workshop only)

• ▪Registrants are required to inform the Organiser via ciebpr@hksyu.edu at least 7 working days before the workshop if they are unable to attend. Please note that the registration fee is non-refundable.
• ▪ The Organiser is not responsible for travel, accommodation and any other costs incurred by participants.
• ▪The Conference may be cancelled or postponed due to adverse weather or extreme conditions. In such circumstances, the Organiser reserves the right to postpone or cancel the Conference.
